Every client has a dedicated account manager, Susana – Flawless Clean Managing Director, so you won’t be repeating yourself when making enquiries. Susana also follows through with any requests, so you are not left wondering how your questions or concerns will be handled.
Every month Susana will be in contact to ensure our cleaning service are meeting your requirements. We will also conduct a monthly internal review of the standard of cleaning to ensure we have allocated adequate resources to maintain a high level of service.
