Suzanne is a Novocastrian born and bred and she has owned local businesses in Newcastle and the Hunter for over 10 years.
Following her passion of building and training professional teams in the service industry, Suzanne took over Flawless Clean in July of 2023 after seeing a need for truly adaptable and dependable commercial cleaning services.
Suzanne prides herself on Flawless Clean’s ability to deliver not just superior cleaning and staff coverage but to also offer dynamic service focusing on the specific needs of our clients, keeping them at the core of everything we do.
We Train & Invest In Our People
We pride ourselves on attracting, supporting and retaining excellent experienced cleaners. When you come onboard with us we don’t just give you the “next available cleaner”. We know our team’s strengths and we match you with a cleaner accordingly. Our Managing Director attends at least the first 2 cleans and provides additional visits where necessary to train our cleaners as to the specific requirements of your site. Our cleaners have excellent communication skills and can follow directions from your staff, complete any WHS inductions you require and have the organisational skills to effectively manage keys, alarm codes and sensitive documents/rubbish.
