Does Flawless Clean provide residential cleaning services? Or builders/construction cleaning?
We specialise in weekly regular commercial cleaning services so unfortunately we do not offer residential cleaning or post-construction cleaning.

Suzanne Sheldon Holdings Pty Ltd (trading as Flawless Clean) has public liability insurance up to $20 million and workers compensation insurance through iCare.
We can also provide documents such as Safe Work Method Statements if required.
Is Flawless Clean a franchise? Or is it independently owned?
Flawless Clean are an independently owned Newcastle business based in Maryland NSW. The owners are involved in all aspects of our operations to ensure our commitment to quality and excellence. The owner/managing director can be onsite within 30-45 minutes if needed on a Mon-Fri from 4pm onwards as we actively supervise and manage our after hours cleaning operations.
Does Flawless Clean provide the cleaning supplies?
We provide all the cleaning equipment required to do the job (eg. vacuums (backpack or cannister), mops, buckets, microfibre cloths, spray bottles, cleaning products, squeegee blades etc.). For consumable supplies such as paper hand towel, garbage bin liners, soap, etc., we can add the supply and restocking of these items to the scope of work as an additional service if desired.
How are complaints handled at Flawless Clean?
We take the satisfaction of our clients very seriously and we are proud of our strong retention rate. Many of our clients have been with us for over 5 years. We are committed to working with our clients to address any complaints as fast as possible with most issues addressed within 24 hours or less. Our managing director is happy to visit in person, discuss the issue via phone or email and make adjustments as necessary to ensure our valued clients receive the service they are looking for.
