All of our cleaners are thoroughly trained as to how to perform each cleaning task as per the specific requirements of your site, as well as regarding important safety issues. Our goal is to clean each client’s facility professionally and safely.
Our cleaners are able to complete and thoroughly understand any WHS induction training that you require them to undertake prior to commencing. They can also easily communicate with your staff and follow any request or direction that you may give them.
Our experienced cleaners are hand picked and further trained by management to ensure they have the skills to manage keys, alarm codes, understand client confidentiality and the importance of the proper management of client rubbish (including any sensitive legal or business documents) as well as the management of cloths to avoid cross-contamination in order to achieve higher grades of cleaning for medical facilities.

Ensuring doors remain locked (and are double checked before leaving), alarms are properly set, having the same regular cleaner perform the service (or the Managing Director or a senior cleaner if they are absent) are common security practices we adopt (and include in our quality checks!) to ensure you receive peace of mind when it comes to your premises.
Flawless Clean provides commercial grade disinfectants, degreasers, PH neutral floor cleaners/degreasers, professional grade glass cleaners (clear liquid only which will not stain over time like blue Windex) and commercial grade mops, professional buckets with wringers to control the wetness of the mop, backpack vacuums (or canister vacuums if more appropriate to the client’s site), microfibre cloths, feather dusters, telescopic poles for cobweb removal etc. so that our cleaners always have the best tools and products to achieve a superior quality finish every time.
